Buckingham Palace

Built in the early eighteenth century, Buckingham Palace was a small residence for the Duke of Buckingham and Normanby.
In 1762 it was acquired by King George III and converted into his public residence. With the arrival of Queen Victoria on the throne, and currently, Buckingham Palace became the official residence of the English monarchy.

Today, it is possible to visit Buckingham Palace and Royal Mews, the royal stables.
You can find both buildings in Saint James's Park.
